Get to Know Debbie

Born in New York and raised in South Florida, Debbie relocated to North Carolina in 2018 to be closer to family. She earned an Associate Degree in Culinary Management and spent seven years working as a chef, where she developed strong leadership, organization, and customer service skills.

Following her culinary career, Debbie transitioned into education, working with special needs students and gaining valuable experience in communication, patience, and advocacy. She is excited to bring her diverse professional background, management experience, and people focused approach to her role as Legal Assistant with Pennington Family Law.

Debbie is passionate about helping others and looks forward to supporting clients and the firm’s attorneys with professionalism, compassion, and attention to detail.

Outside of work, Debbie is married to her high school sweetheart and is the proud mother of a teenage daughter and one beloved fur baby. In her free time, she enjoys listening to music, cooking, painting, photography, and creating lasting memories with her family.
